St. Hilda’s Service’s provides an Outreach Service to adults and children with an intellectual disability and/or autism/physical disability.

The aim of the Outreach Service is to provide support to individuals with an intellectual disability during the evenings and at weekends.

The Outreach Service supports individuals to engage in community life and build on their social skills while also expanding their social circle and developing independence skills. Activities focus on existing interests for the person while providing opportunities to experience and explore new interests and hobbies. This support is provided in regular weekly sessions of 2-3 hours per session.
